摘要
集成磁件的耦合度影响着交错变换器的稳态和瞬态性能。文中提出了可以改变耦合度的平面集成磁件,并分析改变电感耦合度的原理,给出了耦合电感耦合度数学表达式。利用磁场仿真分析软件对所提集成磁件进行了分析,结果表明磁件比传统集成磁件具有诸多优点。样机实验表明,交错变换器性能较好。
The coupling degree of integrated magnetic components could affect seriously the cross converter's steady and transient performance. The variable coupling degree of the planar integrated magnetic components was provided and the principle of changing inductive coupling degree was analyzed, providing the mathematical expression of the inductive inductor's coupling degree. The mentioned integrated magnetic components were analyzed using the magnetic field simulation software. The results showed that the integrated magnetic components had many advantages than traditional magnetic devices. Prototype experiments showed that the cross converter had better performance.
