研发投入正向提高了企业绩效吗?——基于2005—2007年工业企业微面板数据被引量：24

摘要研发投入对企业绩效的影响虽然广为研究,但一直缺乏微观层面的数据支持。运用2005—2007年86.6万家企业数据进行分年度和面板数据回归,实证结果表明①研发投入能够显著提高企业生产效率和盈利能力;②企业研发投入较长时间的滞后效应;③将企业规模作为调节变量引入估计模型,可以发现规模较大的企业,研发投入对企业绩效的提高反而较小。因而中国企业绩效的提升,有赖于研发投入的强度和持久度。 The effect of R＆D on firm performance is still concerned by scholars home and abroad. The literatures which research on the correlation between R＆D and firm performance from micro-level are not adequate. The paper empirically analyzes the effect of R＆D on firm performance by using manufacturing enterprises micro-panel data from 1999 to 2007. The results show that R＆D has a positive and hysteretic effect on firm performance. Firm scale has negative effect on R＆D and performance when introduced as regulated variable. Hence,the improvement of Chinese firm performance relies on firm scale and independent innovation.
