摘要
对3种不同熟期的油菜品种采用2种肥料运筹模式进行种植,研究其对不同熟期油菜品种产量和品质的影响。结果表明:各处理间的产量、单株角果数、每角粒数、千粒重均存在显著或极显著差异;中熟品种华油杂62和华油杂9号的产量较高;早熟品种青杂7号的产量较低,其单株角果数明显比中熟品种少,但千粒重高。在品质方面,对同一品种,随着氮素水平的提高,蛋白质的含量有所增加,含油量有所降低;同一氮素水平下,不同品种的蛋白质含量无明显差别,青杂7号的含油量较华油杂9号和华油杂62高,华油杂9号与华油杂62的含油量无明显差别。不同氮素水平对同一品种的芥酸含量无明显影响,在同一氮素水平下,华油杂62的芥酸含量最高,华油杂9号次之,青杂7号最低;硫甙的变化趋势和芥酸的变化一致。
The effects of 2 fertilization patterns on the yield and quality of 3 rape varieties with different maturities were studied.The results showed that there were very significant differences in yield,number of pod,seeds per pod and 1000-grain weight among different treatments.Middle-mature variety Huayouza 62 and Huayouza No.9 had higher yield.Early-mature variety Qingza No.7 had lower yield,and its number of pod was obviously less than that of middle-mature varieties,but it had higher 1000-grain weight.As for seed quality,the protein content of the same variety increased and oil content decreased along with the increase in nitrogen application rate;under the same application rate of nitrogen,protein content was not significantly different among different varieties,while the oil content of Qingza No.7 was higher than that of Huayouza No.9 and Huayouza 62,but there was no significant difference in oil content between Huayouza No.9 and Huayouza 62.The different application rates of nitrogen had no significant effect on the erucic acid content in the seeds of the same variety.At the same nitrogen level,Huayouza 62 had the highest erucic acid content,followed by Huayouza No.9,and Qingza No.7 was the lowest.The glucosinolate content had a similar change trend to the erucic acid content.
