摘要 应用高效液相色谱法和香草醛比色法分别测定保健酒中人参皂甙的含量。高效液相色谱法采用线性梯度洗脱同时测定6种主要人参皂甙Rg1、Re、Rb1、Rc、Rb2、Rd。比色法以香草醛-高氯酸为显色剂,人参皂甙Re为对照品,测定人参总皂甙的含量。两种方法均简便、准确、灵敏度高、重复性好,适用于保健酒中人参皂甙的测定。 To compare HPLC with vanillin colorimetry in determination of ginsenoside in healthy wine. The ginsenosides of Rgl, Re, Rbl, Rc, Rb2 and Rd were detemained by HPLC Linear gradient elution. Meanwhile, total contents of various ginsenosides were quantified by vanillin colorimetry with ginsenoside Re as reference.The two methods were simple, accurate, sensitive and reproducible and can be used for determination ginsenoside in healthy wine.
