摘要
多载波传输技术诞生于 60年代,理论上具有接近香农极限的性能。分析了以 DMT和 DWMT为代表的多载波传输技术的特点及关键技术,并全面比较了它们的性能。详细介绍了多载波技术在宽带接入网,如ADSL,DSL lite,VDSL,SDV及HFC等系统中的最新应用,并分析了存在的基本问题。
Multicarrier transmission technologies were born in 1960's and have suboptimal theoretical performance approaching Shannon limitation. This paper analyses their charcteristics and key issues, represented by DMT and DWMT. In addition, the comparison of performance between DMT and DWMT is made in detail. Finally we introduce the newest applications of multicarrier transmission technologies to broadband access networks, such as ADSL, DSL lite, VDSL, SDV, HFC system and pointout exiting problems.
