可测压力与阀位的井筒压力控制阀设计

摘要 随着全过程欠平衡钻井技术的应用越来越广泛,其所依赖的井筒压力控制阀的安全性愈发重要。介绍了一种新型的井筒压力控制阀,该控制阀内部设计了可测阀板下压力和阀板开位指示的参数测量机构,确保了欠平衡钻进过程的压力控制安全,并可以实现地面对阀板开位的判断。该控制阀通过室内试验证明,压力测量和阀位指示功能可以提高操作安全性。 The technology, which may achieve the underbalanced situation in total drilling process, is wide application in oil development. However, the operators attach importance to the safely op- eration of pressure-controlled valve. This article introduces a new type valve,which can measure the pressure when the valve was closed,and show the valve-board's position when the valve was opened. This design may ensure the safety of pressure-controlled in underbalanced drilling, and judge the valve-board's position when the valve is opened. After the shop experiments, it was proved that the functions, which include pressure and position measurement, may achieve the safe- ly and reliable operation in field trial.
