摘要
目的:探讨川崎病IL-10和IL-18表达水平对冠状动脉的影响。方法:回顾性分析我院2009年6月至2010年6月期间确诊为川崎病的41例住院患儿(观察组)及同期健康体检的45例儿童(对照组)的临床资料,比较川崎病患儿治疗前(急性期)、治疗1周(亚急性期)、治疗2周(亚恢复期)与对照组的IL-10和IL-18水平,并将川崎病组按照冠脉损伤情况分为冠脉损伤组和无损伤组,对两组的IL-10和IL-18差异进行分析,按照冠脉损伤组预后的情况分为冠脉损伤加重组和好转组,分析两组的IL-10下降水平。结果:观察组各治疗时期的IL-10显著高于对照组,P<0.05。观察组的IL-18只在急性期和亚急性期显著高于对照组,P<0.05。冠脉损伤组的IL-10水平显著低于无损伤组,P<0.05。冠脉损伤组与无损伤组的IL-18无显著性差异,P>0.05。冠脉损伤加重组IL-10下降水平多于好转组,P<0.05。结论:IL-10和IL-18均可作为反应在川崎病的炎症指标,但在提示冠脉损伤方面IL-10有较高的临床价值。
Objective: To investigate the expression level of IL-10and IL-18 in Kawasaki disease and their influence on coronary artery.Methods:A retrospective analysis of our hospital in 2009 June to 2010 June diagnosed with Kawasaki disease in 41 cases of hospitalized children(observation group) and the same health examination in 45 cases of children(control group) clinical data,comparison of children with Kawasaki disease before treatment(acute phase),treatment for 1 weeks(subacute),treatment of 2 week(Asian recovery) and a control group of IL-10 and IL-18 levels,and Kawasaki disease group according to coronary injury to coronary injury group and no injury group,two groups of IL-10and IL-18were analyzed,in accordance with the coronary artery lesion group prognosis is divided into the coronary injury plus recombinant and improved group,analysis two group IL-10decreased levels.Results:The observation group in each treatment period of IL-10were higher than those in control group,P0.05.The observed group IL-18 only in the acute and subacute phase were significantly higher than those in control group,P0.05.Coronary artery damage in the group of IL-10 level was significantly lower than that of no injury group,P0.05.Coronary artery injury group and no injury group IL-18had no significant difference,P0.05.Coronary artery injury with recombinant IL-10decreased levels than improved group,P0.05.Conclusion:IL-10and IL18 can be used as reaction in Kawasaki disease indices of inflammation,but at the tips of coronary artery lesion in terms of IL10has high clinical value.
