摘要
模具工业中的工艺卡片管理系统是对模具零件加工过程的工艺卡片进行管理的系统。结合现代模具行业的特点,采用VC++6.0开发前台界面,SQL Server 2005开发的工艺资料库和文件夹系统共同作为后台数据库,实现了模具生产的工艺卡片管理系统的开发。通过该系统,可以大大提高工作效率,延长产品生命周期,缩短产品生产周期。
CAPP system in mold industry is what standards process cards during the processing.According to the Characteristic of modern Mold industry,the system develops the Client with the environment of VC＋＋6.0,and background database of SQL Server 2005 and folders,to achieve the customization module for process cards.With the developmental research of this system,the company can improve the work efficiency,prolong the service life of the product,shorten the production time,etc.
