摘要
目的:观察中药治疗消化性溃疡的临床疗效。方法:采用中药治疗消化性溃疡130例,与采用西医治疗的100例患者对照观察。结果:治疗组临床治愈109例,有效15例,无效6例,临床治愈率为83.8%,总有效率95.4%;对照组临床治愈67例,有效19例,无效14例,临床治愈率为67%,总有效率86%。治疗组临床治愈率、总有效率均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:中药治疗消化性溃疡疗效明显,且远期疗效好,复发率低。
Objective： To observe the clinical effects of TCM in treating peptic ulcer. Methods： 130 cases in the treated group were treated in TCM; 100 cases in the control group were treated with western medicine. Results： 109 cases were cured, 15 cases were effective, 6 cases were Invalid, and the cure rate was 83.8% in the treated group; 67 cases were cured, 19 cases were effective, 14 cases were Invalid, and the cure rate was 67% in the control group; the efficacy in the treated group was better （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： TCM was effective in treating, peptic ulcer.
