在分析讨论单层增透、增反膜条件的基础上,对半波损失、附加光程差的定义和正。
Based on many theses on the thin film interference,it is focused on the form of mono- layer non-reflecting film and non-transmission film,it also deals with the definiton of the half wave loss,extra difference of optical path and with the regulations of the positive and negative marks.
