摘要
目前研究表明乙型肝炎病毒(HBV)直接作用于肾脏细胞,是HBV相关性肾炎的发病机制之一。HBV可感染肾脏细胞,并原位复制,表达HBAg及HBV x蛋白作用于肾脏细胞,参与HBV相关性肾炎的发病过程,诱导肾小球系膜细胞增殖、促进其分泌炎性细胞因子;改变足细胞调节蛋白的表达水平,促进足细胞凋亡;激活肾小管上皮细胞信号转导通路,诱导肾小管上皮细胞凋亡。
The present study demonstrated that hepatitis B virus(HBV) impairing renal cells directly was one of the pathogenesis of HBV-associated glomerulonephritis. HBV can replicate in situ after infecting renal cells, and produce HBAg and HBVx harming renal cells which were involved in the pathogensis of HBV-asso- ciated glomerulonephritis,inducing renal mesangial cells to proliferate and produce more inflammation cytokines. It can promote the apoptosis of podocytes by altering the level of cell cycle regulatory protein. It can in- duce the apoptosis of the renal tubular epithelial cells by activating some cell signaling pathways.
