摘要
胰岛素样生长因子系统是一类与胰岛素呈高度同源的多肽生长因子。近年来的研究表明,IGF系统与多囊卵巢综合征(polycystic ovarian syn-drome,PCOS)密切相关,对超排卵治疗PCOS不孕患者出现的并发症卵巢过度刺激综合征(ovarianhyperstimulation syndrome,OHSS)也存在一定关系。
IGF is a kind of polypeptide growth factor highly homologous with Insulin. Recent studies show that IFG is not only closely releated with PCOS, but also have certain relation with complication - OHSS which is developed from PCOS after superovulation treatment.
