钙钛矿型复合氧化物La_(1-x) Sr_xFeO_3纳米晶制备研究 被引量:11

摘要 采用溶胶一凝胶法合成了La_(1-x)Sr_xFeO_3(X=0,0.25,0.5,0.75,0.9, 1.0)纳米晶,采用 TGA 技术确定干凝胶粉焙烧温度,XRD技术证明所合成粉体为正交晶系钙钛矿型复合氧化物 La_(1-x)Sr_xFeO_3,其颗粒度小于 20nm。实验表明脱水温度在 70℃-80℃左右、 pH值在 8左右时比较 合适,同时也考察了柠檬酸用量对溶胶、凝胶形成的影响。 La_(1-x)Sr_xFeO_3(x=0, 0.25, 0.5, 0.75, 0.9, 1.0)perovskite complex oxides nanocrystal were prepared from the Sol-Gel method. The temperature of firing bulk-gel was determined by TGA. The XRD method was usde to carry out the characterization of fired powders and determine the grain size. The results showed that the prepared catalysts were per ovskite structure when the Sol-Gel were prepared at 70-80℃ and pH=8 and the average grain she was less than 20nm. The effect about the amount of at forming Sol-Gel has been discussed.
