摘要
为了准确测试无源互调失真信号,根据无源互调测试的发展现状,对无源互调失真测试系统的体系结构进行了研究,分析和探讨了无源互调产生原因,并根据共享平台设计理念搭建了测试系统。在工程实际中针对具体应用需求,该测试系统可以方便的对微波部件进行无源互调特性测试。为了验证测试的准确性,该系统在EGSM频段进行了测试验证,并得到了被测器件的三阶无源互调值,测试结果充分验证了该系统的准确性和实用性。最后对无源互调失真系统的误差和不稳定因素进行了重点分析。
In order to test the passive intermodulation distortion (PIM)signals accurately in this paper,we studied the structure of PIM measurement system,and elaborated the mechanism of PIM.Then we had a more in-depth analysis and discussion according to the current situation of the development of PIM testing.We built testing system based on the concept of sharing platform.In engineering practice,the system can test the PIM characteristics of microwave components according to specific application requirements.In order to verify the accuracy of testing dates,the system was tested in the EGSM band.The accuracy and practicability of this test system was validated by the third order PIM results.Finally,we analyzed the errors and unstable factors of the PIM testing system,and proposed unstable factors of PIM testing system.
