摘要
以摩托车发动机装配工作站为例 ,介绍了回转式机器人柔性装配工作站的组成 ,并给出了柔性装配工作站的工作方式 .针对柔性装配系统中各种设备的控制与相互协调问题 ,成功研制了用于该装配系统的PLC控制系统 。
This paper illustrates the constituents of work states of flexible assembly workstation through that of motorcycle engine. Taking aim at control and cooperation among equipments of flexible assembly system, the authors have successfully developed a programme logic controller control system, and overcome the difficulty caused by the inertia of mechanical equipment of flexible assembly workstation.
