摘要
采用毛细管流变仪对还原式聚苯胺 /N_甲基吡咯烷酮纺丝溶液的流变性质及其影响因素进行了研究 .结果表明 ,聚苯胺纺丝溶液为切力变稀流体 ,在很低的切变速率下表现出非牛顿性 ;体系的表观粘度、非牛顿指数及结构粘度指数对温度的敏感性较低 ;溶液中聚苯胺的含量对流变性质影响较大 ;溶液的结构粘度指数在本研究范围内有一转折点 。
The researches have been conducted by using capillary rheometer on the rheolo_gical property of PANI spinning solution and its influential factors. The result shows that the spinning solution is the shear_thinning fluid, showing non_Newtonian behavior under very low shear rate. Susceptibility of the viscosity, the non_Newtonian index and the structural viscosity index of the solution to temperature are relatively low. The content of PANI of spinning solution has great influence on the rheological property. There is a turning point for the structural viscosity index of solution in this research where the structure of the spinning solution and spinnability will change much.
