摘要
基于N-S方程,利用ANSYS中CFX模块,进行微造型滑动轴承计算流体力学(CFD)分析,着重讨论微造型的几何参数、密度、位置对滑动轴承摩擦学性能的影响。研究结果表明:适当减小微造型的深度或长度、适当增加微造型的宽度有利于增加轴承的最大压力和承载能力、减小轴承的摩擦系数;存在使得轴承承载能力最大或摩擦系数最小的最优微造型密度;在油膜最大压力附近布置微造型,更利于增加轴承承载能力、减小轴承摩擦系数。
Based on Navier-Stokes equation,computational fluid dynamics(CFD)analysis of a dimpled journal bearing was carried out using CFX module in software ANSYS.The effect of geometric parameter,density and location of dimple on tribological performances of the bearing was studied.The results indicated that,with the increase of width or length and decrease of depth of the dimples,the maximum pressure and load-carrying capacity of the bearing increase,while friction coefficient of the bearing decreases.There is an optimal density supporting the maximum load-carrying capacity or the minimum friction coefficient.The dimples located in the region existing in the maximum hydrodynamic pressure have a better effect on the above performances of a bearing.
