摘要
根据Q460C低合金高强度钢的技术要求和河北敬业集团的实际情况,采用微合金化和控轧控冷相结合的工艺技术,成功开发出Q460C低合金高强度结构钢板。该钢板的各项力学性能指标均符合GB/T1591-2008标准要求,钢板的金相组织为铁素体+珠光体,铁素体的晶粒度为10.5级,带状组织为B2级。另外,钢板的中心处存在少量贝氏体组织,说明铸坯存在化学成分偏析,但未对钢板的力学性能造成负面影响,有待于下一步进行改进。
According to the technical demands and based on the actual situation of Hebei Jingye Group, Q460C low - alloy high - strength constructional steel plate is successfully developed with combination of mi- cro - alloying and controlled - rolling and controlled - cooling. Its all mechanical property indexes meet the demand of GB/T1591 -2008, its metallographic structure is ferrite plus pearlite, the grain size of ferrite is 10.5 degree, strip - shape structure is B2 class. Besides there is a little quantity of bainite structure in center of steel plate, and this is considered as there is chemical composition segregation in casting billet but it does not affect the mechanical property of steel plate and expected to be improved.
