摘要
采用5株优势木法对郑州市区的大叶女贞进行了抗寒型筛选,共筛选出20株抗寒优树;在筛选优树的基础上,对其抗寒性与相对电导率的关系进行了分析。结果表明:大叶女贞的抗寒能力与其叶片相对电导率关系密切,抗寒能力越强,持续低温处理时叶片相对电导率回归系数越小;8月份-15℃、-20℃处理和12月份-20℃处理时的叶片相对电导率可以直接用来鉴定无性系间抗寒性强弱。比较结果显示:抗寒优树中65号抗寒性较强,66、4号次之,49号最弱。
Among L.lucidum trees in Zhengzhou proper,20 superior cold-resistant trees were screened by the 5-plant dominant tree method and then the relationship of their cold resistance to relative conductivity was analyzed.The results showed that the cold resistance of L.lucidum was closely related to its leaves'relative conductivity.The stronger the cold resistance,the less the relative conductivity regression coefficient of the leaves treated continuously at low temperature.When treated at-15 ℃ and-20 ℃ in August and at-20 ℃ in December,the leaves' relative conductivity could directly be used to identify the strength of cold resistance among the clones.The comparative test indicated that among the superior cold-resistant trees,the cold resistance of Tree 65 comes first,that of Trees 66 and 4 comes second,and that of Tree 49 is the poorest.
