高龄孕妇产前诊断结果分析 被引量：7

摘要 目的通过对高龄孕妇产前诊断结果分析,探讨高龄妊娠与胎儿染色体异常的关系。方法对1139例≥35岁高龄孕妇进行胎儿染色体核型分析。结果 1139例高龄妊娠胎儿检出染色体异常33例,异常率2.90%,其中数目异常21例,包括21-三体14例、18-三体2例、45,XO 2例、47,XXY 2例、47,XYY 1例;结构异常12例,包括倒位6例、易位3例、异染色质增加1例、其他2例。35-39岁组染色体异常率2.31%,≥40岁组染色体异常率5.85%。结论随着孕妇年龄的增长,胎儿染色体异常率逐渐增高,有必要对高龄孕妇进行产前诊断。
