摘要
以某300 MW机组锅炉给水加氨自动控制系统为例,介绍了该控制系统的基本组成和工作原理,分析了引起给水加氨控制系统失调的主要原因,并采取变增益三区段非线性PID和积分模糊控制(IFC)算法,利用PLC进行编程控制,实践证明取得了较好的应用效果。
Serving as an example, the feed water adding ammonia control system in one 300 MW power plant is analyzed in this paper. The system constitution as well as the operation principle of this control system is introduced. Having analyzed the main causes, PLC control strategy employing variable-gain three regions nonlinear PID and IFC algorithm is utilized, and better field application effects are achieved.
