摘要
目的:探讨甘露醇在动脉介入治疗脑肿瘤中的应用价值。材料和方法:SD雄性大鼠100只,在鼠脑尾状核头部,种植C 6大鼠胶质瘤细胞。 MRI检查使用超导磁共振成像系统。化疗药为 VM-26和MTX。结果:VM-26动脉化疗组是否使用甘露醇疗效无显著性差异。MTX动脉化疗组是否使用甘露醇疗效有显著差异。VM-26和MTX的甘露醇动脉化疗组之间,疗效无显著差异。VM-26动脉化疗组疗效明显优于静脉化疗组。结论:甘露醇对脂溶性化疗药物的疗效作用意义不大。在水溶性化疗药物化疗前,有必要应用开放血脑屏障的技术。
Purposes: To evaluate the applicated value of mannitol opening blood brain barrier to the intraarterial chemotherapy of glioma. Materials and methods: Under stereotactic, c6 rat glioma cell were implanted into the right caudate nucleus of male SD rat. Super conduct MRI system, Gd.-DTPA as MRI contract, were used to measure rat brain tumor volume. Two chemotherapy drugs, VM26 and MTX, were used in intraarterial and venous chemotherapy. Results: There was no significant statistical difference between VM26 with mannltol and VM26 without mannitol. There was significant statistical difference between MTX with mannitol and MTX without manni tol. There was no statistical difference between VM26 with or without mannitol and MTX with mannitol. Conclusion: There are no cer tain significance that mannitol affect the curative effect in treating brain tumor with lipophilic anti-brain tumor compounds. it's necessary to open blood brain barrier before water soluble compounds of anti-brain tumor are used.
