八年制基础医学专业学生普通外科学全程以问题为基础学习教学的调查与分析 被引量:3

摘要 目的调查普通外科学教学首次采用全程以问题为基础学习(problem—based learning,PBL)教学方法取代传统教学方法后的教学效果、存在问题,提出进一步改进的措施。方法课后对有关学生进行问卷调查,并对学生的考试成绩进行相关性分析。结果全程PBL教学可以激发学生学习兴趣,提高学生主动学习、拓展知识、分析问题和解决问题的能力,但学生在全面学习和掌握知识方面没有太大提高,在课前准备阶段对数据库的查阅和应用能力略显不足。结论PBL教学具有传统教学无法比拟的优越性,但在本次全程PBL教学过程中也暴露出了一些亟待解决的问题。因此,需要认真总结经验,采取有效措施,继续改进和完善PBL教学。 Objective To investigate the teaching results of whole procedure PBL in general surgery and put forward the further improving measures. Methods To investigate the objects after class with a questionnaire, and carry out the correlation analysis of students' scores. Results This intensive PBL training can arouse the students' learning interest and improve students' knowledge, and abilities of problem analysis and solving. But they don' t master the general knowledge very well, and their database access and application ability is insufficient in the preparation stage before class. Conclusions Though PBL teaching model has many advantages over the traditional teaching model, it exposed some problems which should be solved. It is our main task at this stage that constantly reviewing our experience, and taking countermeasures to improve and positive response any problems, in order to help students grew into the new type of instruction to use existing resources and expedite construction of new teaching resources.
