摘要
为了限制逆变器桥臂直通短路时故障电流的上升率,可以在装置的直流侧安装一种称为“环流保护电路”的附加电路。本文结合300kvar和20Mvar静止无功发生器(ASVG)实际装置的开发,分析了装置直流侧电流的波形和幅值以及不同主电路结构对装置直流侧电流的影响,为环流保护电路的设计提供了重要的依据。
In order to restrict the rising rate of fault current caused by short circuit on one arm of bridge of inverter, a kind of device named current loop protection circuit can be adopted. On the basis of the devel opment of 300kvar and 20Mvar ASVG, the paper analyses the waveform and magnitude of DC curent, and points out that the configuration of main circuit of ASVG can affect the mean value of DC current. All these results provide important mies for the design of current loop protection circuit.
