摘要
在气固两相试验台上采用先进的PDA测试系统对不同淡一次风扩口角度情况下径向浓淡旋流燃烧器出口气相速度、湍动能、颗粒粒径、颗粒浓度分布进行了测量 ,并分析了淡一次风扩口角度对燃烧器性能的影响 ,为工程应用和优化设计提供了参考性依据。
In this paper a new kind of swirl pulverized coal burner, Radial Bias Combustion swirl burner(RBC),is introduced. A pulverized coal concentrator is set in the primary air passage, and the primary air is separated into two parts, one has the higher concentration of particles than another, since the fuel rich jet owns a stronger flame stability and the over all stoichimetric ratio is the same as an ordinary swirl burner, pulverized coal combustion will have good flame stability,lower NOx emission and high efficiency. The velocity and turbulent kinetic energy of air、particle diameter and particle concentration of the burner under different angle of lean primary air outlet are measured by a Phase\|Doppler Particle Dynamic Analyzer(PDA), and effects of lean primary air outlet angle on the RBC are analyzed. The results provide reference for industry application and optimum design.
