当前实验教学管理的管理现状迫使管理者更新管理观念,实验教学是管理者根据实验教学规律实现教育目的的活动。实验教学管理者要建立"以人为本,学生至上"的服务理念。建设高素质的实验教学管理队伍,树立牢固的服务型管理理念是高等教育实验教学管理者必须思考的问题。
The management status of the current experimental teaching management forced managers to update management concepts.Experimental teaching was that managers achieved the aims of education according to the law of experimental teaching activities. Managers of experimental teaching must establish ＂people-oriented, students fast＂ service idea. Experimental teaching of higher education managers haved to think about establishing a strong service-oriented management philosophy.
