脂联素对肝星状细胞增殖和活化的影响 被引量:1

摘要 目的观察外源性脂联素对体外培养大鼠肝星状细胞(HSC)增殖和活化的影响,探讨脂联素对肝纤维化的影响。方法外源性脂联素(0.1μg/mL、1μg/mL、10μg/mL)处理体外培养的HSC-T6,MTT法分析其对HSC-T6增殖的影响,Western blot法检测HSC-T6细胞中α-平滑肌肌动蛋白(α-SMA)的表达。结果脂联素对HSC的抑制作用随药物浓度的增加而增强,α-SMA的蛋白表达随脂联素浓度增加而下降。结论脂联素能抑制HSC-T6的增殖,从而发挥抗肝纤维化作用。
