摘要
采用体外抑菌法和体内抑菌法,对射干提取物进行了实验研究。结果表明体外实验表明射干提取物对大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、铜绿假单胞菌、停乳链球菌、肺炎链球菌有抑制作用,最小抑菌浓度分别为2.60 mg提取物/mL、41.63 mg提取物/mL、20.81 mg提取物/mL、2.60 mg提取物/mL和2.60 mg提取物/mL。体内实验表明,射干提取物的低(0.078 g提取物/kg)、中(0.156 g提取物/kg)和高(0.312 g提取物/kg)剂量组有明显降低金黄色葡萄球菌感染小鼠死亡率的作用(P<0.05、P<0.01和P<0.01)。
To apply bacteriostatic test in vitro and vivo to experimental research the extractive from Blackberrylily rhizome. The results of extracorporeal test indicate that the extractive has the inhibitory action on Escherichia coli, Staphylococcus aureus, Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Streptococcus lactis, Streptococcus pneumoniae, the minimal inhibitory concentration respectively is 2.60 mg of extractive/mL, 41.63 mg of extractive/mL, 20. 81 mg of extractive/mL,2.60 mg of extractive/mL,2.60 mg of extractive/mL. The results of internal test indicate that all the low (0. 078 g of extractive/kg), medium (0. 156 g of extractive/kg)and high (0. 312 g of extractive/kg) dose of the extractive can reduce the mice mortality due to Staphylococcus aureus infection (P 〈 0.05 ,P 〈 0.01 ,P 〈 0.01 ).
