摘要
依据递阶层次结构和灰色系统理论 ,提出了一种新的定性分析与定量分析相结合 ,以定量分析为主的灌溉管理评价方法 .该方法较好地解决了递阶多层次灰色评价的综合问题 ,既可排定所有被评灌溉系统的优劣顺序 ,又可综合评价它们各自所属的灰类 ,还可得出不同因素时受评灌溉系统的优劣顺序 .实际使用结果表明 ,该方法使得灌溉管理评价工作更具成效 .
Based on the AHP and grey theory, a new method for evaluation of irrigation management is proposed in this paper. It combines the qualitative analysis with the quantitative analysis as a main purpose. The method can be used to solve the problem of multistage grey synthsizing evaluation very well. It can not only determine the sequence of appraised irrigation system (AIS) in sense whether it is good or bad but also appraise synthetically the grey classification of AIS. Furthermore, the sequence of the irrigation management with respect to different indexes can be obtained. The results of applying this method have shown that it makes the evaluation more effective.
