摘要
目的建立同时测定消渴通络胶囊中芍药苷和丹酚酸B的测定方法。方法采用HPLC法,色谱柱:Phenomenex Luna C18(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm),流动相:乙腈-0.1%磷酸梯度洗脱,流速:1 mL/min,检测波长:230 nm。结果芍药苷的线性范围为0.0629～0.629μg(r=0.9998),平均回收率为100.24%,RSD为1.01%;丹酚酸B的线性范围为0.2532～2.532μg(r=0.9999),平均回收率为100.41%,RSD为1.32%。结论 HPLC法简便、可靠、专属性强,可用于消渴通络胶囊的质量控制。
Objective To establish a method for simultaneous determination of paeoniflorin and salvianolic acid B in Xiaoke Tongluo capsules. Methods The separation was performed on Phenomenex Luna C18 （4.6 mm×250 mm, 5μm） with gradient elution of acetonitrile-0.1% phosphoric acid solution as mobile phase, flow rate was 1 mL. min-j, the detective wavelength was 230 nm. Results The linear ranges of paeoniflorin and salvianolic acid B were 0.0629-0.629 μg （r=0.9998）, 0.2532-2.532 μg （r=0.9999） respectively, the average recoveries were 100.24% （RSD= 1.01%）, 100.41% （RSD= 1.32%） respectively. Conclusion The method is simple, accurate with good reproducibility and strong specificity, and it can be used for the quality control of Xiaoke Tongluo capsules.
