摘要
API 610标准系列中BB1、BB3系列重载输油泵是近几年国内泵厂家主要研制目标。BB1、BB3系列重载输油泵为水平中开式结构,因配合面大、腔体压力高(10 MPa以上),试压工序一直都是这两个系列产品的难点工序。文章通过对BB3 280-110产品试压工装的设计与应用的分析,总结出类似结构工装设计方法,对于提高工作效率,保证产品质量具有重要的现实意义。
BB1 and BB3 heavy load oil transfer axially split pumps in standard series of API 610 are products which are hoped to be developed by domestic manufacturers in recent few years. BB1 and BB3 series have horizontal multistage impeller configuration. As there are big counterpart surface area and high pressure in chamber, process of hydraulic test is the hard point for both pumps for a long time. In this paper, Based on the analysis of the design and application of mount tool for the test of product BB3 280-110, the design method for mount tool configuration was summarized, which has significance in enhancing working efficiency and ensuring the quality.
