摘要
校园文化建构是一个关乎高校存亡与发展的关键命题,也是一项复杂而长远的系统工程。合并型地方本科院校的校园文化建构,既有一般高校校园文化建构的共同特点,又有"合并"、"地方"高校的独特性。在实施"文化强国"战略的大背景下,深入探索和研究合并型地方本科院校的校园文化建构,不仅是合并型地方本科院校实现自身科学发展的首要,也是推动我国文化大繁荣、大发展的题中要义。温州大学的实践证明,对多源文化的传承与整合,汲取区域文化精髓来提升校园文化内涵,立足于人才培养,注重高品位学术性,从而实现"文化立校、以文化人"的目的,是合并型地方本科院校校园文化建构的一条切实可行的路径。
Construction of campus culture is a key to the existence and development of a higher institution as well as a complicated and long-run systematic project. The construction of campus culture in merged local colleges and universities carries the common features of campus culture construction in addition, it also has the peculiarity of merger and locality. Under the background of the ＂cultural power＂ strate- gy, the deeper study on the campus culture construction of the merged local universities is of primary importance to their self-development and then significant to the great prosperity and development of China. The practice in Wenzhou University proves that it is a feasible way for merged colleges and u- niversities to achieve the aim of establishing a university by culture and cultivating talents by culture through passing on and integrating the multi - cultures, adopting the local cultural gist to promote the connotation of campus culture, as well as focusing on talent cultivation and high-quality academic research.
