4种口服补钙制剂对大鼠生长发育的促进作用及钙吸收率考察 被引量:2

摘要 目的:比较4种口服补钙制剂对大鼠生长发育的促进作用及钙吸收率。方法:将4周龄SD雌性大鼠随机分为乳酸钙颗粒组、葡萄糖酸钙锌口服液组、肾骨颗粒组、维D钙咀嚼片组及低钙对照组,低钙组饲以低钙饲料,其他各组饲以相应补钙制剂配制的饲料,进行3周饲养实验和3 d钙代谢实验。结果:肾骨颗粒组与维D钙咀嚼片组体质量增加量显著高于低钙对照组(P<0.05),各组之间的体质量增长率和食物利用率差异均无显著性(P>0.05)。肾骨颗粒组和维D钙咀嚼片组钙吸收率高于其他补钙制剂实验组(P<0.05)。结论:4种补钙制剂对大鼠的生长均有一定的促进作用,在钙摄入水平相同时,肾骨颗粒和维D钙咀嚼片对大鼠生长的促进作用较明显,吸收率较高。 OBJECTIVE To eomparc the effects of four different oral calcium supplements on growth and development in rats,and to study their absorption rate of calcium in rats. METHODS Weaning female SD rats were randomly divided into 5 groups of calcium lactate granules, calcium and zinc gluconates oral solution,Shengu granules, calcium supplement with vitamin D chewable tablets and low calcium control group, and fed on diets with different calcium supplements and low calcium diet, respectively, for 3 weeks. 3-day calcium metabolism experiment was carried out in the fourth week. RESULTS The increase of body weight in groups of calcium supplement with vitamin D chewable tablets and Shengu granules were higher than that of low calcium dict(P〈0. 05), the growth rate of body weight and food consumption efficiency was not significantly different among five groups(P〉0.05). The apparent absorption rate of calcium in groups of calcium supplement with vitamin D chewable tablets,Shengu granules and calcium supplement with vitamin D chewable tablets was higher than the groups with other calcium supplements(P〈0. 05). CONCLUSION All of these calcium supplements have some effect on promoting growth and develop ment in rats. With the same level of calcium intake, the promoting growth effect and calcium absorption of Shengu granules and calcium supplement with vitamin D chewable tablets were better than those of other test calcium supplements.
