摘要
为进一步优化纺丝工艺,更好地提高异染扁平截面聚酯长丝质量,设计了3种不同规格的异染扁平截面聚酯长丝,并测试分析了3种异染扁平截面长丝和纯扁平截面聚酯长丝的结构性能。结果表明:异染扁平聚酯长丝横截面呈大小不一、不规整的长方形,其边缘呈弧线的椭圆状;粗、细节的分布是影响纱线性能的主要因素,粗节百分率越大,纱线断裂伸长、回潮率、沸水收缩率、上染率就越大,断裂强度越小。其干热收缩率对时间的依赖性不太强,而温度对干热收缩率影响较大,特别是异染扁平丝,其收缩率增加明显。
To further optimize the spinning technology and improve the quality of metachromatic flat polyester filaments, three metachromatie flat polyester filaments with different specifications were designed, and their structure and properties were compared with those of pure fiat polyester filaments. The results showed that the cross section of metachromatic flat polyester filaments is irregular rectangle with different sizes, with edges like ellipse. The distribution of thick and thin segments is the main factor influencing yarn property. The greater the percentage of the thick part, higher the yarn breaking elongation, moisture regain, boiling shrinkage and dye-uptake, but smaller the breaking strength. The dry heat shrinkage is less dependent on time but greatly influenced by temperature, especially, the metachromatic flat filaments, with significant increase in shrinkage.
