摘要
通过介绍物流管理专业学科发展的状况,阐述物流人才供需结构性失调的现状及原因;根据应用创新型人才的培养模式,改革物流管理专业人才培养模式;提出基于理论、实验、实训三大平台的新型培养模式,为培养应用创新型人才给出建议。
This paper, by introducing the development of logistics management specialty status, describes the situation and reason of the structural imbalance between supply and demand of logistics personnel. Depending on the application of inno- vative training mode, the paper reforms the logistics management training model, and proposes a new training mode. Based on the three major platforms of theory, experiment and practice, the paper gives specific recommendations for application of innovation and talent cultivation.
