摘要
风电机群因其采用的机型不同、与汇集点距离不同、接入形式各异等因素,对其公共汇集点处的电压影响大小也有差别。提出用敏感因子来衡量不同情况下风电机群对汇集点电压的影响程度大小,通过分析电压波动曲线和计算敏感因子等来阐述风电接入容量、机群类型、传输距离、接入网架结构、静止无功补偿器对汇集点电压的影响。对新疆某地区风电机群按不同方式组合进行了PSASP仿真,验证了文中结论的正确性。
There are differences among influences of wind power generator groups on voltage fluctuation at the point of common coupling (PCC) due to differences among the types of wind power generators adopted in the goups, different distances of the groups to the PCC and different grid-connection models of the groups. In this paper, it is proposed to measure the influencing extents of wind power generator groups on voltage at PCC by sensitive factors under different conditions. By means of analyzing voltage fluctuation curve and calculating sensitive factors, the influences of grid-connencted capacity of wind farm, the types of wind power generator groups, transmission distances, static var compensator and structure of grid-connecting frame on votlage at PCC are described. Using power system analysis software package (PSASP), various combinations of wind power generator groups located in a certain district in the Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region are simulated, and simulation results show that the conclusions of this paper are correct.
