摘要
论述两种类型振动筛的振动特性及其隔振装置的设计方法。对于驱动系统中配备偏心装置的振动筛,为了减小动载荷的传递,可在振动筛与建筑物之间增设一个弹簧支承的辅助隔振装置进行隔振;对于采用反向旋转不平衡量驱动的振动筛,同样需要增设一个弹簧支承的辅助隔振装置进行隔振;当两种类型振动筛隔振装置的隔振基础块质量为振动筛质量的5~10倍时,才能获到较好的隔振效果。对于安装振动筛的建筑物不能承受隔振基础块之质量时,可考虑采用调谐质量减振器方案进行减振①。
The article discusses the characteristics of two kinds of vibrating screen and design methods of vibration isolation devices. For the vibrating screen applied eccentricity device in driving system, in order to reduce the transmission of the dynamic load,it is able to add a auxiliary vibration isolation device sup- porting by a spring between the vibrating screen and the building, for the vibrating screen driven by re- verse rotation unbalance, also needs to add auxiliary vibration isolation device supporting by a spring. While the mass ratio of the vibration isolation foundation block of the vibration isolation device to the vi- brating screen is 5 - 10 times,it is able to achieve preferable isolation effect. If the building for installing vibration screen cannot support the weight of the vibration isolation foundation block, the scheme of tuned mass damper (TMD) can be considered.
