两种不同长度切口超声乳化白内障摘除及人工晶体植入术疗效分析

摘要 目的:评价2.2 mm与2.8 mm两种角膜缘小切口超声乳化白内障吸除联合折叠式人工晶状体植入术对术后疗效的影响。方法:将251例(251只眼)白内障患者,按照角膜缘切口大小随机分为2.2 mm与2.8 mm两组,行角膜缘小切口超声乳化白内障吸除联合折叠式人工晶状体植入术,比较两组术后视力、超声乳化时间、手术时间及并发症等情况。结果:两组术后1周、1个月、3个月最佳视力差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:在白内障超声乳化吸除联合折叠式人工晶状体植入术中,2.2 mm角膜缘切口是一种安全有效的手术切口。
