甘精胰岛素联合二甲双胍缓释片治疗58例2型糖尿病的疗效观察 被引量：5

摘要 目的观察甘精胰岛素治疗2型糖尿病(T2DM)患者的临床疗效及安全性。方法观察58例T2DM患者治疗前和采用二甲双胍缓释片联合甘精胰岛素治疗10周后空腹血糖(FPG)、餐后2 h血糖(2 h PG)及糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c),水平观察治疗期间低血糖发生情况。结果两组FPG、2 h PG、HbA1c均降低,组间比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.06),治疗后和治疗前低血糖发生率分别为6.90%、22.41%(P<0.01)。结论甘精胰岛素联合二甲双胍缓释片治疗T2DM安全有效。
