摘要
为了提高铁路救援人员培训效率,实现高效、节能、安全的培训救援人员,对铁路救援起重机驾驶模拟器视景系统的开发技术展开了相关研究。利用闭合前向运动学和基于约束的前向动力学的方法构建起重机的动力学模型,建立三维虚拟救援工作场景,通过脚本程序驱动系统动力学计算和图形渲染,最终实现了救援起重机工作过程的可视化模拟。仿真结果表明,本文所开发的视景仿真系统具有较高的逼真度,能够满足铁路救援起重机驾驶模拟器的要求。
The visual simulation system plays an important role in the railway rescue crane driving simulator system, In order to improve the development efficiency, the authors conduct some research on the development technology of visual simulation system in railway rescue crane driving simulator. They develop a dynamic model of the crane using closed-form solution method and constraint-based dynamics method, build 3D virtual rescue scene, perform the dynamic calculations and graphics rendering of the system with script, and ultimately realize the realistic visual simulation of the process for the rescue crane. The simulation result shows that the system has high fidelity, and can meet the requirements of the visual simulation system of the driving simulator for the railway rescue crane.
