摘要
目的探讨教育干预对护士实施康复护理的感知控制、态度和行为意向的影响。方法选择某综合医院骨科护士70名,随机分为对照组和试验组,每组各35名。对试验组护士实施教育干预,而对照组护士不实施教育干预,比较实施教育干预前后两组护士在感知控制、态度和行为意向得分的差异。结果实施教育干预后,试验组护士在感知控制、态度和行为意向上的得分高于对照组(均P<0.001)。结论 教育干预能有效改变护士对康复护理的态度,增强自我效能感和感知控制力,并改变康复护理的行为意向,从而有利于促进康复护理的实施。
Objective To study the effects of educational intervention on nurses' attitudes, perceived control, and behavioral intentions in patients' rehabilitation care. Methods A quasi-experimental design and a structured questionnaire were adopted to evaluate the effects of educational intervention. Seventy nurses were chosen from the orthopaedic section in a general hospital. The nurses were randomly assigned into experiment and control groups with equal number. The educational intervention was carried out to the nurses in the experiment group, while no educational intervention to the nurses in the other group. The differences in the awareness control, attitudes and behavioral intentions between the two groups were compared before and after the educational intervention. Result After educational intervention, the scores of experiment group's nurses on the awareness control, attitudes and behavioral intentions were all higher than those of the control group (all P 〈 0.001 ). Conclusion The educational intervention may remarkably improve nurses' attitudes, self-effect, awareness control during conducting rehabilitation care to patients and change intention to patients' rehabilitation care, so it can promote the rehabilitation care.
