摘要
建立了考虑柔性支撑参振质量的转子动力模型──两端质量一弹簧系统支撑弯曲梁,推导其边界条件、频率方程、振型正交性及系统稳态响应表达式。结合大量的现场测试,分析柔性支撑转子振动特性,井给出柔性支撑转子现场平衡方法及实例。
A new model of flexibly supported rotor containing base mass-bending beam supported by mass-spring system is set up in this paper. Boundary condition, frequency equation, orthogonality of vibration mode and expression of steady state response of system are derived. Based on the vast field testing data, vibration characteristics of flexibly supported rotor are analyzed. At last field mass balancing method and engineering examples are also introduced.
