玻璃酸钠联合臭氧或复方倍他米松注射治疗膝骨关节炎临床观察 被引量:26

摘要 目的:观察玻璃酸钠联合臭氧或复方倍他米松治疗膝骨关节炎的疗效。方法:90例膝骨关节炎患者随机分为A组(玻璃酸钠)、B组(玻璃酸钠+臭氧)、C组(玻璃酸钠+复方倍他米松),每组30例,疗程均为5周。结果:与治疗前比较,3组治疗后的膝关节活动痛、关节压痛、关节肿胀与日常活动能力都有改善(P<0.05)。A、B、C组有效率分别为60.00%、76.67%、86.67%,3组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),效果依次是C组>B组>A组。结论:关节腔注射玻璃酸钠联合复方倍他米松治疗膝骨关节炎可明显提高近期疗效。臭氧注射治疗可作为一种补充疗法。 Objective: To evaluate the clinical efficacy of sodium hyaluronate plus ozone or compound betamethasone for osteoarthritis.Methods: 90 patients with osteoarthritis were randomly and evenly divided into three groups: sodium hyaluronate group(group A),sodium hyaluronate plus ozone group(Group B),sodium hyaluronate plus compound betamethasone(group C).Results: Compared with before treatment,all the three groups improved in knee pain,joint tenderness,arthrocele and activities of daily living after treatment(P 〈 0.05).The effective rates in group A,B and C were 60.00 %,76.67% and 86.67%.There were significant differences among three groups(P 〈 0.05),with group C showing the best efficacy,followed by group B and A.Conclusion: Intra-articular injection of sodium hyaluronate plus ozone or compound betamethasone can significantly improve the curative effects of osteoarthritis.
