摘要
伴随着知识流动产生的知识外溢效应对农业产业集群发展至关重要,但由于农业产业集群发展中面临的外部和内部知识源匮乏,农业企业技术创新中存在的风险导致的学习收益的不确定性,农业企业知识消化、吸收能力低下,农业产业集群中存在的学习智障等因素导致农业产业集群发展中的知识外溢效应有限。
It＇s very important to agricuhural industrial cluster that the knowledge spillover effect appears with knowledge flow. But internal and external knowledge source is short in the development of agriculture industrial cluster, the risk in agricultural industrial technology innovation causes indetermination of study income, it＇s low that agricultural industrial knowledge is digested and absorbed, and agriculture industrial cluster exists study disability etc, these factors make agricultural industrial cluster effect limited.
