脑卒中后抑郁症“因虚致郁”病机探讨 被引量：15

摘要 脑卒中后抑郁（Poststroke depression,PSD）是脑卒中患者最常见的心理障碍,临床上以情绪低落、睡眠障碍、兴趣减退等为主要表现,属于继发性抑郁,中医又将其称为中风后郁证。国内外文献报道脑卒中后抑郁症的发生率从18%至79%不等,远远高于同龄的一般老年人。
