摘要
对铁水罐用铁水复合保温覆盖剂进行研究,探讨其组成、结构与保温效果的关系,对多孔保温层的结构进行分析,经过现场试验,采用复合保温材料的铁水罐中铁水在到达炼钢脱硫工段前的温度提高了72℃,保温效果明显,降低了炼铁成本。
The composite thermal insulation material for hot metal pot was researched, and the relations between composition, structure and insulation result were discussed. The structure of high porosity insulation materials were anlysed. By on-site test the hot metal temperature in the pot covered with the thermal insulation materials rises by 22. 6 ~C and the temperature hold effect is very apparent and thus the ironmaking cost is reduced.
