摘要
目的:探讨原发性肝癌患者血清中淋巴细胞亚群中Th1/Th2的变化,为分析肝癌的发生发展状症和临床治疗提供免疫学指标。方法:应用放射免疫分析及酶联免疫分析法(ELISA),测定46例肝癌患者,及43例正常对照组进行比较。以IL-2、INF-γ和TNF-α水平代表Th1型细胞因子,以IL-4,IL-6、IL-8、IL-10的水平代表Th2型细胞因子。结果:肝癌患者IL-2、TNF-γ、IL-6的水平明显低正常对照组,P<0.01。IL-4、IL-8、IL-10、TNF-α的水平明显高于正常对照组,P<0.01。结论:肝癌患者体内存在Th1/Th2细胞因子失衡,其中Th1亚群功能抑制,Th2亚群功能亢进,其与肿瘤在宿主体内生长密切相关。通过纠正这些免疫失调将成为肝癌治疗的重要手段。
Objective: To study the changes of Th1/Th2 subsets of CD4+ cells in peripheral blood of patients with primary hepatocellular carcinoma(PHC) to analyze the occurrence and progression of primary PHC and provide a immunological data for clinical treatment.Methods: RIA and ELISA were used to detect the level of serum IL-2,IL-4,IL-6,IL-8,IL-10 TNF-μ and TNF-а in 46 patens with PHC 43 normal serum as control.IL-2,TNF-μ and TNF were used to represent cytokines of Th1 type,and IL-4,IL-6,IL-8 and IL-10 to represent cytokines of Th2 type.Results: The level of IL-2,TNF-μ,IL-6 in PHC group were significantly lower than those in the normal group(P0.01),but the levels of IL-4,IL-8,IL-10 and TNF were significantly higher in patients with PHC than those in normal control group(P0.01).Conclusions: The levels of IL-2,IL-4,IL-8 and IL-10 were relatively sensitive for diagnosis of PHC.In the peripheral blood of the patients,there seems to be disregulation in the function of Th1/Th2 subsets of CD4+ T cells with enhancement of Th2 function and a malfunction in Th1 cells.These changes are closely related to tumor progresses in the host.Correcting this immune malfunction may become an important method in hepetocallular carcinoma.
