摘要
目的 建立异种 (豚鼠→大鼠 )心脏移植的模型 ,并观察异种超急性排斥反应。方法 供心主动脉和肺动脉分别与受体的腹主动脉和下腔静脉吻合。结果 进行正式手术 5 0只 ,成功率 96 % ,移植后平均存活时间为 (30± 9) m in。结论 该方法简单、可靠 ,有助于研究异种超急性排斥的机理以及关于诊断、治疗和预防超急性排斥的基础研究。
Objective To establish the xenogeneic heart transplantation model in operation of donor guinea pig to recipient rat and observe the hyperacute rejection on it. Methods The graft aorta and pulmonary artery were anastomosed to the recipient abdominal aorta and inferior vena cava. Results 50 cases of transplantation operation were done with the successful rate of 96%. The mean survival time was (30±9) minutes. Conclusion The model is easy to prepare and is reliable and helpful for study of the mechanism of hyperacute rejection, for diagnosis, treatment and prevention of hyperacute rejection as well.
