摘要
目的 研究珊瑚人工骨在成骨过程中所起作用、其生物降解与新骨形成的关系。方法 选用 6只杂交狗 ,将珊瑚人工骨植入下颌下缘 ,以对侧作为对照 ,采用X线片、扫描电镜及能谱分析进行观察。结果 术后第四、第五个月 ,实验侧下颌下缘有纤维钙化结构和新骨形成 ,很少有珊瑚人工骨残留 ,能谱分析钙盐含量很高。结论 珊瑚人工骨在成骨过程中具有良好的骨传导性 ,有加速新骨形成的作用 ,同时发现珊瑚人工骨在成骨过程中吸收过快。
Objective To observe the bone formation process of coral as a bonegraft.Methods The biological characteristics,effect and mechanism in bone formation process of coral,a bone graft substitute,were investigated in 6 hybrid dogs.Results It was shown that coral had a good bone conduction and could promote repair of bone defects which was demonstrated by scanning electron microscopy and energy spectrometry.Conclusion Coral resorption and biodegradation was so fast that it could not completely repair the defective bones.
