大容量、波分复用光纤通信系统的快速发展 ,对 1 .5μm波段激光器频率稳定性提出了更高要求。本文介绍了具有高稳频精度的 1 .5μm波段饱和吸收稳频外腔半导体激光器的工作原理及实现方案。
The rapid development of higher capacity optical fiber transmission methods based on wavelength division multiplexing (WDM) requires moreaccurate frequency stabilized lasers at 1.5 μm bands.The paper introduced the principal and the experimental arrangement of external cavity diode lasers at the bands with saturated absorption frequency stabilization.
